Pick a contractor whose financing goes further.
Would you like us to choose a highly qualified contractor in your area? Every contractor in this network offers financing programs built for a wide range of credit situations — including second-look options for homeowners who’ve been declined elsewhere. Enter your ZIP code to see who serves you, or let us match you.
What “full-spectrum financing” means
Every contractor listed here runs more than one lender. That is the whole point. When your application goes in, it starts at the prime lender — and if that lender declines, it keeps moving to near-prime and then to second look and subprime programs, instead of stopping at the first no.
It is worth asking any contractor, in or out of this network, one question before you sign anything: “How many lenders does your financing run through, and how deep do they buy?” A contractor with one prime-only lender is not doing anything wrong — but if your credit sits below that lender’s cutoff, they cannot help you, and you will find that out only after the decline.
You are not committing to anything
Choosing a contractor here attaches their name to your application so the right person calls you. It is not a contract, not an authorization to pull credit, and not an obligation to buy. You can change your mind at any point, including after the consultation.
